FAQs

Q: What is Zero Belly Diet?

A: Zero Belly Diet is the revolutionary new plan to turn off your fat genes and help keep you lean for life! Nutrition expert David Zinczenko—the New York Times bestselling author of the Abs Diet series, Eat This, Not That! series, and Eat It to Beat It!—has spent his entire career learning about belly fat—where it comes from and what it does to us. And what he knows is this: There is no greater threat to you and your family—to your health, your happiness, even your financial future.

Q: How does this site work?

A: ZeroBelly.com is the country’s most extensive source of news about belly fat. You'll find stories derived directly from the diet book, but also stories inspired by the plan, and the latest belly fat news and research.

Q: Do companies/brands pay to be featured on the site?

A: Never. We accept no payment or gifts in exchange for coverage, and our reporting is completely objective. That goes for every book, magazine, ebook and PDF, too.

Q: I purchased the Zero Belly Diet Audio Book. How do I access the audio file, and the accompanying PDF?

For Audible: When you purchase a title, the accompanying PDF appears in your library along with the title. Both can then be downloaded from the library at any time and as many times as you'd like. Once the PDF is downloaded, it will be opened via Adobe Reader or your default PDF viewing application.

For iTunes: When you purchase and download a title, the audiobook downloads to the "Books" section of your iTunes library and the PDF downloads to the "Music" section. (That's just the way iTunes does it.)

Q: How do I ask a question or make a suggestion?

A: If you have a specific question or suggestion for the editors, please send it to editors@zerobelly.com. Because of the volume of mail we receive, we cannot guarantee a personal reply to any questions.

Q: How can I change my e-mail address for the Zero Belly newsletter?

A: Please send your request to help@eatthis.com. Be sure to include the e-mail address where you're currently receiving the newsletter plus the new e-mail address.

Q: I’m having a technical problem or I notice something buggy with the site. What can I do?

A: Our site is currently undergoing a relaunch, so you may find pages without photos or broken links. If the site is not loading at all, it’s a good idea to try standard troubleshooting: ensure you have a network connection (wifi, 4G, etc.) restart your browser restart your machine delete browser cookies.
